Why does my card not work despite having credit on it?

First, please check your card account online and your VIABUY Prepaid Mastercard balance to make sure you have sufficient balance and your card is active.

Then, check if you haven't accidentally blocked your CVV code. To unblock it, click here.

Our cards have been tested successfully at all common card readers and cash machines that are approved by Mastercard.

Check if your using a Mastercard ATM which chip&pin function enabled:

In some very rare cases, old equipment might still be used, which cannot read current cards.
